I've signed up - why can't I access any of the booking pages?
Your account must include your first and last name - this can be added in My Account. Once you have done this, log out and log back into your account. You should now have a 'Basic Permissions' badge under your avatar logo in My Account. If this does not appear, please double check that you have entered your name correctly in both fields and repeat the process. If there is still an issue please get in touch.

Can I bring a guest?
Members with a current monthly membership can bring a +1 as a guest as long as they inform the session leader ahead of time. If you don't have a membership, your guest must sign up to the website and book a PAYG slot if available. Unauthorised guests will not be admitted to full sessions. If the session leader deems there is space in a session, walk ins may be allowed to join in after paying an upfront fee of £12. Such walk ins will need to sign up to the website if they wish to attend again as regular walk ins are not permitted.

What do I do if I can't make a session I've booked into?
Firstly, you need to make sure you remove yourself from the list to allow others to take your spot. This is done in the app or on the site via My Bookings. Failure to remove yourself and being a no-show on multiple occasions may result in a booking suspension. If you're eligible for a refund, you need to get in touch to action this - it is not automatic. A £2 fee applies when refunds are authorised. Some bookings may be eligible for rescheduling for free. My coupon isn't working! What do I do?
Contact us for advice. All coupons must be redeemed before any purchase is completed and discount cannot be a be added retrospectively so make sure you get in touch before you pay.
