Bookings and Waitlist
Sessions are available to book into a month in advance. You can book on the website or on the app. Make sure you've read the session information and group rules before booking for the first time or if you need a reminder. Those turning up without booking are subject to a £13 walk up fee instead of the regular £11 PAYG fee and you will not be guaranteed a space. If you need to hire a racquet for the session, it costs £2 and must be done during the booking process to guarantee that we have them available.
Website Booking
From the book tab, you will be taken to page displaying all of our open sessions. Click on the day you want to book into and you'll be taken to the calendar below to choose your date at time.
As you proceed you have the option to 'Add to Cart', which lets you keep browsing, or 'Book Now', which takes you to the checkout screen. It is recommended that you add all sessions to your cart before checkout if you are booking multiple sessions to save having to type in your details more than once - this also reduces the fees incurred! If you have a membership, it will be the default payment option. If you don't have one, a 'Buy a Plan' option will be visible if there are applicable memberships available. Remember to add racquet hire before progressing to checkout. Coupon codes are applied at the checkout screen underneath the session title.
App Booking
Click the Bookings tab, find the session you want in the calendar, and click through! The example below shows booking with a Gold Membership. Make sure to add racquet hire at this stage if you need one - we can't guarantee we'll have any available if you don't. In the payment option screen, you can use the drop down menu to buy a membership if you don't have one already and coupon codes can be entered below the phone number section. If you are booking PAYG, the payment screen will show after the payment option screen. You can save your card details for future payments by going to My Profile > Settings > Credit cards > Add Card.
Waitlist
Sometimes sessions are already at capacity when you go to book and you won't be able to checkout as a waitlist will be in operation. You can only join the waitlist by using the app - you'll be directed to the app if trying to book through the website.

If you're first in line when a space opens up you will be notified via the app so check this periodically. You'll have 10 minutes to complete or decline your booking once you are notified, otherwise it will be offered to the person next in line. If nobody in the waitlist takes the space then it becomes free for anyone else to book. If you have issues with the waitlist, please contact us.
