Even though Budminton is for all abilities, we understand the desire to improve your skills. We have created a 5-week course, Budminton Foundations, for beginner, improving, and lower intermediate players to teach the skills of an intermediate level player. ​​Don't know what level you are? Unsure if the course can help you? Get in touch to discuss this with us! It's ok if you don't meet the full criteria of a level and we can tailor what we teach you if you've got particular improvement goals! Membership discounts of 10% are applicable on the course. At the end of the course, all Foundation members will have access to the course manual and will have access to exclusive sessions in the future to help consolidate your skills.

There are currently no dates scheduled for Foundations for 2026 but we will run the course again in 2027 if there is enough demand. Please register your interest by filling out the form below! We do not currently offer this coaching to people outside of Budminton, so if you wish to join Foundations, make sure you sign up for a few of our regular sessions first!
