Coupons
Coupons are the way to unlock even more savings when attending Budminton. They can be obtained as part of memberships, via promotions, or by redeeming your Bud Bucks in My Rewards. When generating a code, make sure you select the correct type. A custom code will be generated in a pop up screen that you can copy to clipboard and paste at checkout. If you forget to do this, it will be displayed in My Rewards until redeemed, as shown below. All current active rewards for Bud Bucks will be displayed in tiles.
The redemption process of coupons differs depending on the booking platform used. Both are shown below. On the website, coupon codes are entered at the end of the checkout process after clicking 'Pay for This Session' and when you enter card details.
On the site, you have the option to redeem Bud Bucks at checkout if you have enough without the use of a coupon but the option to enter one still appears.
On the app, 'Enter coupon code' will only appear the payment option is set to 'Pay Now' - this needs to be changed if you have an active membership, which is the default option. There is also a 'Promo code' option at the checkout screen.

Please get in touch if there are issues with your coupon BEFORE checking out as discount cannot be added retrospectively. Only one code can be redeemed per checkout so if you have different codes available, you'll need to start a new cart for each.
Terms
With great discount comes great responsibility. All members are expected to use coupons in accordance with the group rules. Coupons issued personally and/or as part of memberships must not be shared with other members. Their use is monitored and misuse of them may result in your removal from the group. Coupons announced publicly as part of a promotion or those redeemed through loyalty may be shared with another member, if you wish to gift them - loyalty coupons are single use.
